Despite her young age of 25, she has endured profound traumas including bullying, sexual assault, and other challenging experiences. These trials fuelled her passion for mental health advocacy, a cause she champions fervently. With a BA in Applied Psychology and an MA in Social Media Communications, she blends her academic knowledge with personal insights to break the stigma surrounding mental health. With a heartfelt mission to break the stigma surrounding mental health, she weaves her personal experiences into her work, offering insights and empathy to those who seek understanding and support.
